Bio:
Cindy Mozingo started her career in the escrow industry as a loan processor for World Savings in 1972. She gained a wealth of information working for Transamerica Title Company in Los Angeles County during the ‘70′s, handling escrows involving FHA and VA loans and loan assumptions as well as conventional financing and “seller carry backs”.
Locally, she worked with her husband, a mortgage banker, and handled all of the escrows for their company. Later, she helped establish an escrow division for another local broker.
Cindy then went to work with an independent escrow company from 1997 until February of 2006, when she saw an opportunity to work with an “up and coming’ company, Coachella Valley Escrow.

Cindy has earned her reputation for delivering the highest quality escrow service. Her team includes Vickie Donati, Escrow Officer, who has been in the industry since 1992 and with whom Cindy has worked for nearly five years as well as Kristin Mozingo who has worked with her four years. Together they strive to provide personalized service to both first-time home buyers and experienced investors.
