David Lehmann, Escrow Officer

Bio:

An Escrow Officer with Coachella Valley Escrow, David Lehmann brings more than 20 years of experience to the desert community along with an exceptional level of customer service. His background in a wide variety of escrows – residential, commercial, 1031 Tax Exchange, REO, short sales and refinancing – has contributed to a wealth of knowledge and understanding that has earned a loyal client list including banks, realtors, sales agents and brokers.

A Los Angeles native, David left a career with United Airlines to try his hand at escrow services. “I actually learned escrow backwards, starting as an escrow closer and then an assistant followed by officer status. It’s a wonderful business. I love the dynamics of working with buyers and sellers. Being a part of what is often the biggest and most emotional time of their lives is a privilege, and our team here at Coachella Valley Escrow all work together to ensure the best possible customer experience.”

When not working, David’s love for real estate still finds a place in his personal life in the buying and selling of residential properties. A longtime supporter of the Desert Aids Project and an avid river rafter, David can often be found running rapids on the Rio Grande. Next up – the Grand Canyon!
