With more than 30 years of experience managing escrow transactions and advising Southern California County Escrow Administrators across 70 offices in eight counties, Donna Grosso provides a depth of knowledge unique to the industry. Holding the position of Regional Manager at Coachella Valley Escrow, her staff and clientele enjoy the extraordinary professionalism and extensive foundation she brings to the position.

“Real estate is in my blood,” Donna revealed, referring to her upbringing. “My father and brother owned and operated a real estate company that provided both escrow and mortgage services. I thoroughly enjoy all the facets of the escrow process – from seeing the joy on a new buyer’s face to handling the intricacies involved in a commercial transaction.” Donna’s escrow background is highly diversified having worked with one of the leading real estate transaction companies as well as founding her own escrow firm which she ran for more than 15 years. After moving to the desert, she was attracted by the opportunities at Coachella Valley Escrow. “Here, I can use my skills and knowledge to serve operations, escrow services and administration which is very fulfilling.” Donna’s escrow experience includes: residential sales, commercial properties, refinances, exchanges, vacant land, subdivisions, holding escrow, bulk sales and mobile homes. She is currently the President of the California Escrow Association and supports My Sister’s House, a charity-based organization in Sacramento.

Despite her exceptional work ethic, Donna still finds time to enjoy weekends with her family which includes her husband, five children and three grandchildren. When not entertaining a bustling household, Donna can be found enjoying her newest pursuit – golf.
