Karen Guess began her escrow career working for a major title company where she received extensive training in a very busy market in 1976 in Orange County, California. She became an Escrow Officer a year later, and has continued her career in the escrow industry ever since.

Karen attributes her success to her experience, knowledge and attention to detail. Her passion for the escrow industry is evident in her friendly attitude and helpful demeanor which she extends to all her clients. Karen specializes in residential sales, refinances, and investment properties.
