Bio:

I live in La Quinta with my husband, an avid golfer, and my amazing son. I started working in the Real Estate Industry when I was eighteen. I was hired as a receptionist at a real estate firm in Palm Springs. It wasn’t long before I was promoted to office coordinator and then escrow coordinator for the co-owner who was awarded top ten in the country for over ten years. After five and a half years I was recruited into escrow. My first six months in escrow was spent commuting back and forth to “training camp”. For the past seven years, I have had the pleasure of working as a team with Cindy Mozingo.  I am referred to as “The Closer”. My primary function is to coordinate closings with the Lenders, Realtors, Buyers and Sellers. I truly enjoy the challenges of the escrow industry as well as the human side, especially sitting down with new buyers and walking them through the process. I sit down with every borrower I possibly can. My goal is to ensure every question is answered. I have purchased and sold property and I understand how stressful the process can be. I really enjoy developing personal relationships with the buyers, sellers and agents who come through our office.

Sometimes problems do arise during escrow; the process can be very complicated at times. I believe it is important to maintain a positive attitude and to NOT play the blame-game.  I don’t get caught up pointing fingers at where the problem came from; my number one priority is to make certain that the problems are solved quickly and efficiently in order to close each transaction in a timely manner.

I’ve been with CV Escrow since our doors opened and have much respect for the founders of this company. In the sixteen years I have been in this industry I can honestly say that I am at home and I think everyone in the office feels the same.  We are a family.  Honesty and integrity are the shared values amongst us. We don’t go home until the job is done. If it is worth doing, it is worth doing right!
